What the App collects and does not collect
Variable Software ("we," "us" or "our") operates Spray Day (the "App"). This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The App has no account system and does not ask for your name, email address or any other contact information.
Your game progress and save data are stored only on your device. The App does not operate a cloud save or a server for this data, and it does not receive it.
The App does not collect information about you or your device.
Your choices
You can make these choices:
- Delete your save data by uninstalling the App or by clearing its data on your device.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the App deletes the data it keeps on your device.
To ask for your data to be deleted, write to support@variablesw.com.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the end of this policy changes with it, and additional notice is given where the law requires it.

Meta Quest platform
Spray Day runs on Meta Quest headsets. Meta collects and processes information about your device and your Meta account under its own terms and its Privacy Policy. Variable Software does not receive that information. The App itself does not use the internet and does not send information to Variable Software.
